Erbaspatcher ba6 fitting from scratch (with some help from Tlb )

  1. Not this project Mick I'm waiting and hoping @davidoft has the vital missing parts I need and then gotta repair a few parts sort wiring so I can run it in garden ect and check the safely cut outs work and trip out !! Then gotta cut into the og heating ect if I had the bits I'd say be on by end of light tomoz he he

  2. that's April i may get it up and running test it all 1st that's ages away I wanna be warm in the snow

  4. Started stripping/cleaning the parts on the unit to check and test individually!!
    1-tested glow plug and spark plug all good
    2- removed and tested internal fan and cleaned points on the end of the motor! I'll good
    3- started to check inside and found there was a rodents nest inside !! (This would of set fire on start up !! This is y we test things off the bus )
    4-also removed and cleaned a long thing (that I need to research later as need wiring connections for it)

  8. Iv found a manual so will read up later but the wiring diagram is rubbish can't make it out

  12. This helps the chrome switch connections I need !
     
  13. the one in your hand is the recirculation motor connection, the other is the temp sensor

  14. Just seen that on ur photo bud as soon I get this sensor fuel pump and fan I'm ready to go
     
  15. sorry, what chrome switch? do you mean the flame switch? (with the long rod that goes inside the body of the heater?)
