Those dash alterations look nicely proportioned... Bet you're looking forward tongettingbit all hooked up!
Looking great! Our dash is neptune too, I was going to change it to grey, but think I'll stick with blue now.
I think it looks ace. But obv from the outside it'll look like trotters independent training for a while before respray! But the cab area will be lovely!
So went about repairing the sliding door today. In a nutshell someone previous had just put a sheet metal section over old rust twice in a row creating a layer cake of metal at the bottom! Crazy how much weight the door has lost! Here is the repair in pictures... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Looks like a tidy job. How did you do the join between the panel and door? It looks like you joggled the new panel and then tucked it under the old one (just plug welds?). I've got this to do at some point so just trying to get an idea of what approach to take. Thinking I'd joggle the old panel and have the new one on top.
Well the new AL scho panel came pre jogged. So yes new panel jiggled under old. People will probably cry blasphemy doing it this way as it creates a "water trap" but if I'm honest. Seam sealer does the trick nicely. But I found the repairing very easy done in a day the main bulk anyway!
Filled in the slider today and wired up my new horns. They are loud. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
