have a look at this site, very solid beds, also with seat belts https://www.m1camperbeds.com/ got them in my bus
Thanks, like the look of these, especially with the belts in place. What thickness of cushions have you got please? And are the bed boards/cushions always fixed in place? Cheers Phil
Early late Bay Westfalia Continental is another option. If you can find one. Fitted as a full width as standard but the bed boards can be modified to fit any width space so you can customise it a bit. The hinge throw takes 4 inch foam unlike the later Westy beds. Proper click rock and roll action which stands the base up so you have full access to the storage area. When set up correctly with decent foam it'll be the best nights sleep you'll have. Other beds are available coz finding one in decent condition is a bit of a mission and fitting it is another. Just sayin

Cheers Phil The cushions are 4 inches thick and are fixed to the frame ,they came from a different supplier. Phone them up,they are a very helpful company
If it helps, I went for 4" cushions, made up of 3" blue density foam and 1" red on top. Gives great support, but just a bit softer under the bedding
Yes our westy continental has a full width bed and the original foam. As said it is the best night's sleep you'll have. You'll actually look forward to going to bed in comfort Simple to pull out as well.
I'm thinking of ordering the bed from M1 but I see a gap in the picture on their site between the seat back and base when it's in the seat position. It looks a bit odd. Does anyone know if this gap can be reduced maybe by using thicker foam?
I believe this is the case. I should be picking mine my frame from M1 up next week so I can report back then.
