Fantastic weekend . Big thanks to @WoodyLubber for organising it and @lola for finding such a great site. Loads of space, flat as a pancake, and stunning scenerary too. Really can't argue for that price! We had a lovely chilled weekend, surrounded by wonderful people who all made us feel very welcome and at home. To anyone considdering doing this event in the future, I highly recommend it . As our first time camping in our new van, we couldn't have asked for more
haha! beautiful pictures Wispy! sorry didn get chance to speak to ya, hopefully get a chat at the next one!
it looks ace, Skeeter passed me near Peterborough as we were heading from Thorney onto the A1, recognise his bus as he had trailer. cool.
Thanks mate . Next time I'll take a tripod with me for the low light ones, as it's not easy holding the camera dead still for up to 30 seconds! Some otherwise lovely shots have had to end up in the recycle bin sadly . I bought a little tripod in the US a few weeks ago, but got stopped by security at the Empire State Building and forgot to reclaim it at the end of the tour. D'oh! I did love the lights on the busses at night. I was ridiculed for putting some inside the Elise, but I can see I could get away with it in our van
