Did they reply, or are they as useless as ever?

 

I'm still waiting I finally got a message from the women I delt with last year saying she know longer works for volksworld and has gave me another email and person to speak to. I've emailed him already so now awaiting his reply. I will let you know as I know. Sorry for the delay. John

Yep, I was there last year although not many knew . No allocated camping area, no line up details; hopefully better this year

We may drop in for the day , hopefully going down to cheddar gorge, so not sure whether Sunday or Saturday is best. Whens the soap box racing?

 

Be nice to see you guys, the racing was both days last year, I've had a look on the website and there's not a lot of info.

w are now booked for both Friday and Saturday night. leaving early ish Sunday though as we are going down to cheddar gorge. was easier to just book tickets for the show and camp at Eastnor than find somewhere nearby(there isnt anywhere nearby!!!)

@Beaver do you need pit crew/pushers? my lad and I will help out

Sorry, can't make it this year We did consider it but we've got a couple of things on this weekend anyway. We were also put off by last years organisation (or lack of!) and reading this thread it sounds even worse this year

 

there is no display this year as far as i know, just normal show/camping. camper and bus mag has changed publishing house so i think there has been a little less willing to give out free tickets

Some of the guys from work are coming with me this year, but there's always room in team log for another pair of hands if you're at a loose end
