I built a outside brick fire surround with a cheap wood burning stove bought of flebay stopped using it for the same reason

If you do manage to get to tecenders theres a rule about newbie's collecting the take aways you have been warned

its a bit like joining the hell's angles

 

I need to swap my beam as well but doubt id do it at te but if someone in the know is supervising a swap then im happy to volunteer to assist!

Tidying some wiring and having a go at replacing one of my heater cables.

 

1. @@theBusmonkey fitting cabinet drawer runners, general fettling.
2. @@rickyrooo1 The roos and the grandkids - not working but watching you repair those quaint old vans from my warm bagsied hook up pitch bitches

5. @@Baysearcher I'm in. Anyone good with electrics? I need to rewire my 240 volt sockets and put in some 12 volt wiring. I literally don't know where to start, so anyone willing to show me the way, can be assured of being kept in cider. Any volunteers?
Oh, I need to look at my brakes too.

7. @@Robo , @@Mrs_Robo , The Mini Robo's & Yappy Dog - Fitting a hidden ignition fed USB socket somewhere to complete my low cost tracker install which is a secret so don't tell anyone! As I shall have my electricatitty stuff with me I can lend a hand with @@Baysearcher 's wiring if needed (sorry no good with brakes)
8. @@geordieandy Not sure if I will have anything to work on but might try and buy a solar panel kit beforehand so I can get advice how best to fit it as well as bringing lots of grog and a blanket in case I fall asleep in a camping chair

18. @@Bertiebot - I think we will be there. No idea what jobs but given there is always a new thing to fix on a bay I intend to "fix a new thing" as yet to actually break. Actually its a month away so possibly "fix lots of new things" Possibly also strip and check/clean the front brake pads etc.
19. @@1973daisey - ill be there as normal from work on Friday getting the bus heating ready new cables ect and many more jobs sliding door rollers are no good allso maybe installing a fridge but not sure yet may actually chill out and drink more carling
20. @@Beckybutty - I / we will probably come for the day on Saturday, depending on 11th birthday party plans which are likely to fall that weekend but I haven't even started thinking about them yet.
21. @@Kruger - I'm in, will do Friday to Sunday this time, will find something on mine or someone's van to fettle with.
22. @@mikedjames - I think I will be coming - I got clearance to go back in April.
23. @@Faust - If van passes MOT will be there Sat morn . Ignition timing with my strobe is what i need to do with some knowledgeable assistance .

25. @@Fruitcake - Changing the hydraulic lifters if the stupid poxy things haven't shut up after the oil change! will Know after Skegvagas

I guess the theory behind perforated is to let it breathe but modern stuff is rarely holey, just better insulated

 

Yeah leisure battery is a simple one, as long as you get all the bits you need

Just looking at sliding door rollers as mine r square I need the horizontal roller there rediculas prise has anyone got a spare I can buy please

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it now due to unforeseen work crap but I have edited the above to make sure the numbering is all correct!

We were looking forwards to your unique camping style of bringing along a perfectly functional Westy & then spending a damp cold night under a blanket in a camping chair!

 

I'm sure I fill up Daisy with preseco I could do this
