G'day from Cambridge

    Meet Bruce, our '75 Aussie Camper. Always wanted one of these and eventually took the plunge last Autumn. He's been in storage for winter and we will be getting him out of hibernation soon. Looking forward to doing a few jobs on him before our first camping trip. :thumbsup:

    Is it just me . But you call your bus "him"
    I've always thought vehicles as a SHE . Suppose it's from my younger days when dad called all his vehicles Bess.

    What I'm trying to say is that shes prefer hes and hes prefer shes with some honourable exceptions!

    My Bug is a he, coz he growls, spits fire, burps and backfires does other generally laddish things.

    My bus is definitely a proper lady, all pastel hues, sort furnishings and shiny. She even has cushions and curtains, very unbloke-ish. I didn't plan it that way, its just how it came out. If you had asked me which bus I might buy a few years ago, money and time no object, it would have been a 16" Syncro.

    I think my anthropomorphization is a possible precursor to a deeper problem, but hey ho.

    Nice bus, by the way and welcome.

    Yep Clem is definitely a He, as have all my cars been over the years.
    @snotty and @paneuropaul being some of the ‘honourable’ exceptions I believe ;)
