Tonight's walkies with the island protected bird colony on Houmtel in the background.
Dries at low tide though..note oil polluted rocks from the nearby yacht marina.

Yes among all the clutter was a real character in his 80s driving a 2 seat sports car ,3 cars in the garden and lifetime of storys to tell.
The funny thing was the roof was covered in solar panels and he was having some high end electrical heaters about to be installed.
The house was built in 1940 he grew up in it .
