With a heavy heart I’m selling the bus ‘Jaffa’,

    1972 LHD American import

Porsche 914 1700 type4 engine with twin 34icts and full electronic ignition, which Runs sweet as a nut, had new piston rings seals, filters and pushrod tubes, running in oil used and then flushed and then Castrol aircooled oil, I also have the fuel injection set up for this engine too, Ecu, wiring, sensors, inlet manifolds, maf and throttle body,
has just been serviced on the 26/1/18
Running gear and gearbox had been stripped and repaired, gearbox smooth and selects gears smoothly, and driveshafts have had new inner and outer bearings fitted,
Battery tray replaced and 2 repairs done on the cab floor, Not rot on cab doors, tail gate or engine lid,
Underside is in fantastic condition and undersealed
Just freshly put interior panels on wrapped with fresh orange vinyl trim,
Replaced all middle and rear 3/4quarter windows with full length windows, with all brand new seals fitted 3 month ago,
    new windscreen seal fitted,
    new rear window seal fitted,
3 keys, one ignition, 1 for doors and tail gate and 1 for engine lid,
No roof liner as it was rotten due to hornet nests but all cleaned out and fully insulated on roof and side panels,
Floor board fitted down and laminated,
Been mot’d once since 2015 and flew through the last one (expires 2019) without any advisories so no problem with going through next mot I wouldn’t think
New tail gate seal and sliding door seal fitted, Needs new front door seals and scrapers.
One piece of corner tinwear missing,
Wheels stripped and powder coated with brand new genuine white wall tyres,
new discs, pads, shoes, drums, flexihoses, and cylinders
new ball joint gaiters on drop arms new drag link with ball joints and tracked up
all the wiring was pulled off, switches, indicator stalk and wiper motor was all missing and I spent time to find the exact right switches and wiper motor so theres no loose wiring or anything dangling in the wiring, to get everything right took me just shy of 2 weeks at night and 5-6 different wiring diagrams due to it being the first late bays produced to the u.s market,
Vintage speed exhaust fitted on pictures, but new standard is fitted on the bus as vintage was just borrowed
electrlux fridge included with sale and some spares,
91k on the clock beliveved to be totally genuine as it belonged to a private ambulance service in the states,
not covered many miles in my possession since owning, due to personal problems and illness,
Only one bit of rust on it below the offside rear light
its just patina'd front the American sun and few touch ups that were done in the states too,
V5 present and in my name with copies of the American paperwork (title)
Has birth certificate which gives all the info on it from vw
Genuine reason for sale and will be sad to see it go after spending all my time on it
must be seen to be appreciated!

MOT was done on saturday 27/1/18 and passed with no advisories mot bloke said its one of the best untouched buses hes seen in a long time!
