This bus was completely gone over a year ago by Just Dubs. All welding work was done and the engine serviced.
VW Jim then re-did the brakes and installed the power management system, 240v hook up and leisure battery.
The vanwurks interior is great - full width rock and roll bed, three way fridge, two burner hob and sink.
Upholstery is all in Westfalia green check which looks great. The passenger seat has a new cover from NLA but it needs to be fitted properly on the seat. The headliner is birch. The original vinyl upright and window surrounds has seen better days. Door cards are all present - a couple of the rear panels are not great.
The middle windows are the westfalia jalousie style perfect for camping.
I do have an opening rear window not fitted but is included in the sale.
Mechanically the bus has the original 2 litre fuel injected engine which is powerful and smooth running, easily cruises and keeps up with modern traffic. The new servo assisted brakes are very efficient.
The suspension is stock height which is my preference but the bus would look awesome lowered.
Paintwork is mainly original Sage Green. It is scratched, blemished and not a bus you need to worry about in a car park - however it does polish up and looks presentable at 20 paces. It is not a rust bucket covered in shiny paint!

I have advertised at £11,500 but willing to sell to a Late Bay member for £10,500 I am open to px on an early British motorbike (50's or 60's), an Eriba Puck or Westfalia Essen trailer, no PX on any cars!

    £10,500
    Located in Ascot, Berkshire
