Yeh it's definitely all there, guys had it for 27 years , quite a few new bits never fitted

This was Mrs ktd's beetle
I brought it for her as a surprise for her 30th owned it for five years loads of fun

 

what year/model is it? more info needed. Mine needs a complete resto (again) but keeping it limping on until the crumbly house is finished, so until then i shall live vicariously through others' bug restos

It's a 1973 1300, it's actually pretty solid doesn't need a huge amount of welding, just a huge amount of enthusiasm!

 

does GSF do that? I think i need some of that stuff

Flakey, you don't happen to live in or near Bollington do you? Just got a call from Fran's Auntie who said she saw a beige pickup towing a beetle. Think it could be too much of a coincidence if it wasn't you.
