Beautiful beer

  1. Just spent a lovely weekend in Beer, Dorset. Been there many times before but I thought I would recommend it on the forum. Beer is a quaint fishing village with 3 pubs,a couple of restaurants and a dub friendly campsite at beer head. £14 for the van regardless of occupants,a awnings and windbreaks.lovely campshop selling breakfasts, sunday roast and local catch of the day.walk down the hill into beer for a pint or some fresh fish straight from the fishermans shop. I recommend the coastal walk over to branscombe where the MSC Napoli was run aground in 2007. Walk a bit further for lunch at the fountainhead pub.

  5. We had planned to drive through Beer on the way down to Cornwall after TLB Summer camp - sadly with the state of our clutch we never made it - sounds like one for the list though!

  6. Here's a few pics, sadly none of Beer itself!
