  3. The thread in the clutch cable is very fine and I have never had a problem with coming undone. As you can see in the pic I have a faulty big spacer so that I can still use all the thread and get it nice and tight.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Hey that looks so much better! I'll have a go and see if the pedal action improves...I'm sure it will because my flexi looks totally wrong compared to yours! Thanks pops!

  5. I would leave washers in but make sure metal tube is straight before flexible conduct

okey dokey, yes ive managed to get the clutch to work much smoother now by putting a few of the really thick shocker washers under the wing nut, thanks for the advice guys!

Ive also spent all weekend stripping, polishing and replacing the seals in the other jalousie window for the sliding door. I can honestly say I never want to do that job again! no pictures sorry as I was glad to just get out of the garage and away from the sodding thing!

So its all the small things that take the time! I cant believe I'm still bolting things back on! if its anything like our house its best to get it all done otherwise you never will! so it the heating pipes that need attaching next..

I bought one of the pods secondhand and already powdercoated then the others were from JK or heritage and stripped and powdercoated

Pictures pretty much updated now...has taken me hours! still a few missing but ive got tons on the 'puter so will have to trawl thro when ive got more time. BTW for those who don't know and have lost all images like myself, imgur is so much easier than photobucket oh and faster and seems bug free too

Curtains are now fitted. We chose the repro green Westy ones from NLA along with a set of their rails. All went pretty well apart from the 2 tailgate rails which were both the same length. No problem tho really as a replacement was sent back out once I'd sent the wrong one back to NLA. Having a problem with imgur so no pics at the mo..

We're now thinking about keeping the Berlin interior now rather than a home brewed one but it's in a bit of a state! Realising now how difficult good Berlin interiors are to find!

Oh, and our cabrio shell is back from the coach works so it's a difficult deciding which one to work on! Either way I NEED an aircooled back on the road soon...it's been too long!

that's looking very nice. Love the colour & the choice of alloys is different to the norm, which makes it look more personal.

Looking forward to seeing the bus completed :D
