Daisy 1973 full resto "5 years on"

  1. I have looked at ski goggles that can be fitted with a perscription insert which would keep the crap out bit still be able to see what your doing......saying that I need to take glasses off when doing close up work...

  2. They just steam up as I'm on the bloody drive all the time but I will try anti fog on them

    Try the uvex ski style googles. They don’t seem to steam up for me.

  12. Just had another mess and got the arch as well lined up as I can get it no more movement left ! Ita a lot better than before the will close yaaaayy[​IMG]

    This has taken a lot of messing ect but quite happy with this now ! Went to weld it in and in the storm the gas bottle tipped over a bit and it's turned the thing on a tiny bit !! No bloody gas

  17. I'm only in droitwich and ur more than welcome to pop down I work on my drive u can have a look as I'll be welding in the arch this weekend ect and just done b pillar and sills ect

  19. Just got the gas delivered tonight so can wed arch in tomoz and clean it all I'll allso weld on out riggers the weekend, tonight ami spent 2/3 hours sanding and doing some body work ect and cleaning up the sill ect doesn't look like a lot but it never does !! It takes ruddy ages

  20. So got me gas and cleaned off the arch and lined it back up and completely welded it in mainly small beads top and bottom allso cleaned off and gave the sill a little coat of primer !! Out riggers on tomoz and some body work and sliding door repair on the list tomoz !! [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG] hope by next weekend this side will be all welded and body work well on the way !!
