Errr decided to book tickets for this weekend for me my wife and son with camping unfortunately I haven’t had any confirmation the money has gone off my credit card. Have now sent 3 emails and tried phoning them 3 times but not had a answer. I have friends who have booked and got confirmation straight away with etickets what would you do thinking about getting in touch with my credit card company but still want to go it’s been 5 days since I have booked.
I would contact credit card first then try and rebook if you can’t get hold of the organisers. Good luck with sorting it.
