Thanks for the encouragement, and yes it's been a long wait! Patience seems to have paid off though. Our daughter will be 3 1/2 next summer so hopefully the right age to enjoy holidays in Hatty. Luckily we're quite sheltered here at Lapworth. It is nice to be floating again after the recent rain instead of scraping against the bottom though! Looking forward to heading down to Somerset Monday evening for a few days to get some more work done. Might post an update on progress if anyone's interested. Tom
