Front beam rebuild

    I didn’t bother fitting one to ours. The braking is all part of the charm (aka I couldn’t be bothered as I have a billion other bits to do on the damn thing!)

  10. So can you retrofit a servo to a non servo bus with just the adding of the servo/bracket/vac take off then?

    Think you need to change the master cylinder, or at least the rod that goes into it. Not sure.

    Just replaced my rears with boge, will keep an eye on them for leaks.

Finally got round to calling vwheritage about my leaking shocks,( they've been on 2 years and covered about 6000 miles, ) and they're not interested, i pointed out they should be lasting for slightly longer than that, but was told "yeah well it's just the state of the roads ", well actually I don't drive over potholes because I look where I'm going. He did offer me a couple of pound off a new pair though , well how generous.

  19. And anyone else who has them, is £200 about standard for a pair of konis? Is about the best I can find but don't know if I'm missing somewhere....
