All vans should be she’s as there all temperamental. Mines called Delilah Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hmmm... mine is definitely a ‘he’. However, as Swiss Tony once said; “Owning a VW bus is a bit like making love to a beautiful woman; First off you’ll have to buy her lots of shiny new things before you’ll get anything out of her, then you’ll have to do a lot of fiddling around in the dark at the back with arms at full stretch and fingers contorted to reach things, then before starting her up you’ll need to check she’s properly lubricated, then once ready to start there’ll be some tickling of her throttle before turning her over, get her nicely warmed up with some gentle persuasion before some stirring of the stick to get it into gear and slowly letting the clutch out... Once she’s up and running it’s a case of easing on the power until she’s up to cruising speed - the more miles she’s done the slower she’ll be to get properly heated up - they’re not like modern versions that just need a press of a button and you give them full gas from the get-go! - and once you’ve got to your destination it’s best to ease off gently, park up and let her run for a bit before saying some nice soothing words and thanking her for the ride...” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
