Or you could scratch off the fuzzy stuff and fit high silver content fabric headlining. It is stull fuzzy but it prevents mould .

  2. Didn't Jeff Beck sing a song about that?

  3. 66F02BD0-0C81-49E2-84D7-2AE711A4BB4A.jpeg I sprayed ours with Epoxy primer (Rustbuster 421) after laboriously removing layers of god-knows-what paint applied by the PO. Used Epoxy to seal the fibreglass. Top coat Epoxy (Rustbuster 121) white. It’s not UV Stable but I thought I’d give it a punt. It’s mellowed to be a pretty good match to stock pastel white. Rock solid.

Every week I’m chucking canoes up on the roof and it’s never chipped, cracked or marked.

  4. So I asked this a while back.
    And what I did was.
Replace all the wooden strengthening with hardwood then rebuild all the matting underneath.
A previous owner had drilled all sorts of holes and stuff on it and a few cracks where he had not stress relieved the holes ect.
Cut out the mess or grind it down to good fill with fiber and streghen from below.

    Upol high build primer
2k lotus white in a semi gloss

    Still looks good.

Edit it may have been pastel weise for the top coat but it was semi gloss
