    Bought this on Ebay
Anyone know if you can get the lift hinges from anywhere.
Or could I use gas struts?[IMG]

Glad you’re sorted I was just about to post a link found on Facebook for a tatty roof with the springs for £100

Get them spring arms blasted and powder coated and you’ll be good to go.

I’m still refurbishing one at the moment with gas struts, but looking at getting the original springs to work betterer - JK’s uprated springs when used with a roofcap haven’t got enough oomph to support the roof!

  9. Make sure you remove springs and mask off the sliding portion's or you will have all sorts of problems.
