  1. At least 50 miles put on today. Getting more confident with it. Need to grease the CV joints though

  2. Did you get confident for a long drive towing the pop-top kitchen yet? :)

  3. yes and i think I know why you are asking lol, on sunday i drove to tatton park vw over the peak district, over 200 miles up and down some steep hills. and then this week I have done another 100 at least so far. alls good apart from a couple of niggles like oil leaks and transmission leaks but i just need to go round and nip a few bolts up i think.

  4. How does it feel compared to the old type 4 you had fitted?
Does the 5 speed scooby box make a huge difference?
Cant wait to get mine started

Once you get used to the fact that reverse has moved, the 5 speed box is brilliant.
    I love mine!

    Sounds awesome!

  7. Where does reverse move to?
Im still using a standard 4 speed box!
Although have a brand new zero mile impreza box to convert once I get all the bits from AUS

  8. Saw (and Heard) it at Tatton on Sunday - brilliant job.
So quiet on tickover - Maybe I need one too!

    Reverse is right and back.
Mine was a zero mile box too.

  10. Think we bought the same boxes from the same place in Birmingham!
£300 odd quid for a crate box - bargain!

  11. Awesome! Well done!
But you guys are not helping... I'm really warming up to the idea of a Scooby box.
Do you think I can get a ride in one of your van at techenders to see how it feels? (Also if you could make it an horrible ride I would be grateful ;))
