Hi everyone. I was hoping that someone on here might be able to help. I used to own a 1976/7 vw bay window. I purchased it off my grandad when his Alzheimer's progressed as I didn't want It to leave the family. Unfortunately I was only 17 at the time and couldn' afford to keep it and my career choice meant I had to move over 120 miles away. The bay was a 1976/7 bay window which was originally a van that got converted and at the time it was dove blue and had a boat top. The reg was PPG 195R. I used to live in Leicester when I had this and the man I sold it to lived in Manchester and bought it off me in January 2010. I would just like to see if anyone knows the owner as I would love to see some pictures of it now and hope that she has had the restoration that she deserved. Most of all I would just like to see her again. I hope that some off you can help.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked that as well. I also checked to see if its insured on askmid.co.uk and it says that it' insured so I know it' a long shot.
