According to the sticker on the front, it has a day mode and night mode. Nothing about that in the instructions.
It's made me want to check it now. At 9 degrees storing meat would be dangerous These Naked Aussie babes? Do they come to Aberystwyth? Don't recall anything about that. Mine is badged Waeco though so was a early CRX50 yours may be slightly different ?
It sticks in the throat a bit & is another example of poorly engineered/marketed/thought through product & chiseling manufacturers taking advantage in the leisure market. How about this for a pointless add-on. http://cfx.waeco.com.au/cfx/accessories-wirelessdisplay.asp It's a wireless remote display with a little sucker on the back. It registers up to 15m away, just in case it's too much trouble to heave your beer bloated body out of the camping chair when the desire to check the fridge temperature becomes overwhelming. Of course checking the temperature on the gauge whilst retrieving a beer from said fridge is way too much trouble. Should I get one for our new chest fridge....
"Learn the ovulation period at any time. Be a good mother!" Love that little bit of blurb from their advert. Obviously anyone who doesn't have one of these is a bad, bad mother
Waeco should take a leaf out of their marketing book! "Buy a remote gauge to supplement the four LED temperature indicators. Don't die from botulism" They'd sell thousands!
I run it on 2 leds and it's about 3-4deg on the full leds including the fast freeze one it will freeze the whole lot down to about-18deg
Botulism! I wouldnt touch shop bought meat. Its either well hung game or freshly murdered bunny rabbits for me, or none at all!
