Our good selves and @lowie & Tina / Poppy spent the weekend at Lathkill Wild Campsite these past few days, basic campsite set in stunning Derbyshire scenery, at the top of Lathkilldale. The pitches aren't laid out, find a spot and get comfy with plenty of room around you. Neil, the owner made us very welcome, as he did everyone else who was staying, came round with firepits / firewood / base etc every night. The village is about a mile walk with a pub, The Lathkill Hotel, which we didnt get to but will next time!
I take it thats Birchover where the pylon is on the hill in the distance ....is it Mark ...Another good one like that is at Kniveton Mark ...we will have to have a talk
The pic with the pylon is looking from the edge of could well be Birchover, we wondered if it was Alport (we had google maps app trying to figure out where it was). We will have to talk, at Techenders, Ste & Tina will be there too
It's not far from the nine ladies circle ....can't remember does Alport have more than one pylon youth .
If its close by the Nine Ladies, I'll bet you are spot on with Birchover but Alport, I dont think Ive been there in ages mi owd
