When you do it, please video it. I asked my mate to do the same when he craned an AGA onto his Dutch barge, he forgot to video it though, which is a shame because the cable snapped and it plummeted 15feet into the hold. The boat was fine, the AGA was not!
The legs generally come off the better grands and you turn them sideways, but yes you're right it is a upright!
One man hand crank lift. I've just used one that will lift 400kg to the 3.2m you need. Fix a couple of planks to the forks, strap the piano on and don't forget to film it
I honestly did think of this first Al. I used to use them to put very big RSJs in, handy kit them,but not sure of the sloping base and the width of crank base 're toppling.
The only other option is a telehandler. You'll draw a bigger crowd with plan A and it'll be cheaper. Good luck!
