Best spare ribs!!!!

  1. Take some babyback spare ribs and boil them in a pot with some beer for an hour.
    Let them cool and put them in plastic bags with a nice sweet marinade poured over them.
    Let them sit in the fridge overnight or for 24 hours.
    Fire up the bbq and put them on,continously basting and turning until they are covered in a thick sweet sticky marinade.
    Be careful when turning because they will be so tender that they will just fall apart.
    So tender in fact that you can actually slide out the bone from the meat.
    Guaranteed the best ribs you have ever tasted!

  3. love ribs , honey mustard, soy sauce , sherry , chinese five spice , garlic . marinade over night n barbe brush on marinade whilst cooking , similar to above , BUT i have found some nice ones that they do in morrisons , that just need putting in the oven for 35 mins chinese mini ribs , they are really tender n tasty too n only £2.50 a box which is just right for one good portion , cheaper than chinese takeaway and you can chuck a few boxes in the freezer for those fancy a rib moments .
