Early 60s I think, with no underlying health problems

 

Inlaws finally both got negative PCR test results. Just a shame they were an hour and a half too late to actually board their cruise ship.

Not content with being on the back end of a cold and cough that has been dragging on for a couple of weeks, I had my booster jab AND gave up smoking yesterday. That was about 30 hours ago now.

My arm has about stopped hurting, the cold has dried up, and the cough has nearly gone. I've not even really missed the smoking (having a darned good cough for a while helps there) apart from that strange feeling of "what do I normally do around now? Oh no, I don't do that any more". I'm glad I booked the day off work, as I've been dozing under a blanket for most of the day after really not getting much sleep at all last night.

Hopefully that has pretty much broken the back of everything in one go
