I think they got a lot right but I also think they got a lot wrong.

I also think people need to remember that they act on the advice of the health care professionals, scientists and academics. But that also needs to be balanced against the collapse of the economy.

on balance I’d give him a C or maybe a B.

Furlough scheme
Vaccine procurement
Not panic locking down early when omicron appeared.
Roll out of mass LFT testing

Not prioritising care homes early enough
Not locking down borders from the off
Very questionable track n trace service.

Stupid downing st parties.

I think that’s a fair and balanced assessment. I’m sure others will disagree.

edit** and I am totally against forcing people in the NHS to be vaccinated.

I’m not arguing for or against Boris, but he’s had a hell of a ride since he became PM, with both Brexit & Covid
