  1. Only 44 days to go, so like all bloaters domestic goddesses, I am all-consumed with thoughts of what to eat ;D

We have decided it will be Christmas day lunch in the camper... a full Xmas feast, with all the trimmings, on a big bap/barm (depending on where you live)

    Terrordales Nightshift

We're having an Irish mate & his good lady at ours for Xmas.
Eammon insists that Xmas dinner isn't complete without sprouts (I agree) & baked beans (not so sure), so do I just serve up some out of the can or do I make our own?
    Decisions, decisions.

We have booked onto campsite near Cley next the Sea for Christmas day and Boxing day.
Heated shower room and hook up so cook the meat before we go and do the veg on site.
Won't need. Beer cooler so yes prawn cocktail, lamb shank, sprouts spuds parsnips, will put some lights around Tilly and awning, small tree, crackers? can't think of anything better.
Must remember to take that extra quilt.
Intend to walk out to Blankney point on Boxing day, must fill the hip flask.
Will take some piccies and show on return.
