Engine Build: Best thing I can do with complete Type 4 1.8

It's the cheapest I could assemble one, not really a dream! But generally I view bigger being better for a bus and so it would be very much like @77 Westy 's . If it held together I'd be happy with what I have though.

 

see to me bigger = more heat and sealing issues .. forced induction on a blueprinted 2.0 with FI would be me ,

 

You don't think forced induction would cause sealing issues? I notice you carefully avoid the turbo word. The exhaust/space isn't helpful for a type-4 turbo and type-1 get too hot as it is. At that point I give the idea up.

The heat has not been any problem for me but it's a very mild engine.
