  3. it was cheaper direct when i bought mine but that was a few yrs back. turned up pretty quick from what i remember. you need to factor in risk of uk customs charge unfortunately ;)

  4. Even with shipping and duty, likely to be cheaper than buying in the UK. Got mine direct from the States as well. Berg are used to shipping stuff abroad - no hassle.

Ask them to write Aircraft Parts on the docket. No import duties. :p

  6. You can get a locking one as well I was tempted
It locked it in reverse gear I think

I have emailed them, finger crossed...

@pkrboo does yours stay away from the handbrake for hill starts ? as it think its a bit longer than the Berg

  10. I quite like my CSP one - wasn't sure about the T handle before I bought it - but find it very easy to use. Mine has never had a stock one but I hated the Empi one as it hit the handbrake all the time.

If your gear lever hits the handbrake lever something is worn, it should pass by to the side?
Anyhow, that's what the slots are for - move the whole thing back a bit, adjust your rear brakes - voila.

  12. I think EMPI ones dont have enough of a bend in and not really bendable due to reverse trigger.. ...

It's a problem. VW sticks were handed for LHD/RHD, seems most aftermarket are straight? One day I might make a mild quick shift for mine to compensate for the extension I have but I'm happy otherwise.

  14. Yeah I don't have a problem with it getting in the way of the handbrake, (when its adjusted properly)

  15. If your gear stick hits the handbrake handle, implies the handbrake isn't adjusted properly (5-6 clicks).

Berg in 1st and handbrake on...

It doesn't hit the handbrake. I was asking if the traffic cox is near it as I think its longer
