This is a cracking campsite with uber views of the Dart Estuary - good loos and showers and a neat kids play area. The Manor Inn Pub is good and about a 15 minute walk - you can walk via the shore line to Greenway which is where Agatha Christie had a house and wrote her Belgiun Detective novels. From here you can catch a couple of ferries to Darmouth and coastal towns. The village has a good store and first rate Butchers. After staying there we went to Moorview Campsite near Modbury this is an Adult only site but handy for Dartmoor etc - the Calfornia Cross Pub is good and there's a well stocked Spar opposite - about a 10 minute walk. Fantastic dog walk on site . Stupendous views of Dartmoor from all pitches.
