Insane in the brain.... the next phase of bay ownership

Discussion in 'Restorations' started by MR SAM HODSON, Apr 28, 2022.

  1. so, as everyone knows I've had a turbulent 5yrs of Bay ownership...I've fought engine troubles, fixed holes, changed windows, replaced every serviceable part etc...

the last straw was the engine blowing on me..

I'm going to be documenting my next step.. whatever that may be.. I'm for now doing jobs that ive been meaning to do... gearbox.. new fuel tank etc a little welding.

in time i hope i can showcase the bay on the road as much as it once was.. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

It's given you lots of big smiles, so a bit (lot) of TLC for a bit will hopefully bring the smiles back o_O. See you at TE

Hmm, no wonder they have failed to sell their van if they don't make any effort.

If you go down the diy route, I have an RJS Engineering Bellhousing, complete with the clutch release shaft and bearing, and a starter motor that I have just removed from my van. Probably less than 1000 miles use on it. It will be going on ebay once I get round to cleaning it up and photographing it.
