Very solid front beam from a 1979 Type 2, comes with torsion leaf packs Beam was waxoyled many moons ago so has fared well Apart from some pitting which can be expected, the beam is solid and has had no previous MOT failure-worthy dodgy repairs - I have plenty more close-up photos of the beam, I cleaned the towers with a coarse wire brush on an angle grinder so it's back to bare metal where these beams normally rot The welds that hold the torsion leave packs together at the ends have broken but that is very common - I think we would all deteriorate if we spent a life of being twisted one way and another! Collection only from Hereford (that's west of Worcester .... for anyone that doesn't know)
