Hope you get sorted Festival Buddy, how’s it been so far? We just didn’t fancy it this year but supposed to be going in ‘23 for my mate’s 60th. You should be in your boat!

 

Ps, get Sarah to do the Hash Harriers run tomorrow morning, usually meet in front of the stage, but they announce it on the big screen too…. There’s free beer at the end

 

If you didn't have the lock, easy to hot wire a Bay and drive home. But you have one

Can you get someone to send your spare from home by ups nest day or something

 

After the festival go home in pick up and collect keys..

Long story …but it involves lost keys!

last year camping at Church bay Anglesey ( lovely ) There was a fun couple close by, he was a very tattooed Brummy who had never been camping in his life and only wanted to go to Crete but couldn’t due to covid. His Mrs was ( shall we say controlling )determined he would like it. He was so proud that he had got a 10 man tunnel tent on ebay for £100.There was only the 2 of them. He was great fun, showed off his inflatable king size bed etc.etc.
During their stay of 2 days they were mainly absent at the local pub, with a few of his other mates and their wives.

On The last day he was packing up his monstrous tent. Effin and blinding as he tried to roll it up and push the air out.
About an hour later with it chucked in the back of his Van…. He couldn’t find his keys.
Enter me with the “ helpful suggestion “…….you didn’t put them in that convenient little bag in the tent did you ?
By now a few lovely people had come around to see the theatrics.
He went ballistic, in a very nice way, tore the tent out of his van , retrieved his keys, said to his wife “ never, ever again and held an impromptu auction for his tent. Somebody bid him £50 and he sold it ! His wife wasn’t happy but she and every body around had a great laugh.
