Rear Corners- where to start?!

  1. Wow, I just had a look at the quarter panel change and you've done an amazing job on that!!

    I'm still a bit confused as to how to access that seam from the inside to weld it up?

  3. The seam between the corner panel and the panel with the wheel arch in.

    I have no idea what order these panels were put on in the factory, I can't seem to see a way to get to it!

    You can plug weld the two panels together along the flange from inside the engine bay.
    In the picture below you can see the two flanges clamped together. Punch holes in the return in the corner panel and plug weld to the quarter panel.

  5. That's fantastic, thank you for the advice!!

    What did you do further up the seam? Did you say that you can do it through the vent?

    I did that flange as far up as I could reach from the engine bay, and then yes did the top section through the vent.
