Removal of Ashtray housing

Anyone know how the "socket" or the housing for the ashtray comes out? Is it a question of bending lugs or getting behind the dash? Your help is always appreciated!!!!!

 

Theres a screw at the back, the the tabs on the sid just need tweaking to pull it out.

 

It's held in with a screw I think, take out the ashtray and look inside you should see it
