Took many years before realising that the little triangle by the dash fuel light is a reminder of which side the fuel filler is
... and that it's easier to peel a banana at the non-stalk end
... and that there was an IKEA in East Grinstead

I didn’t realise it was illegal to swim in the Thames unless you were a member of The Serpentine Club.

 

You can swim in it in Oxfordshire..
