Day off, and thought I’d give this a spin as it seems quite appropriate…..
If it weren’t for an eye test, I don’t think I’d fancy leaving the house today, it’s blowing a hoolie and peeing down

I could blame the dog….. but the fact I forgot to turn off the alarm clock would be a fairer answer
Plus the optician requires my presence at 9.15…..

 

my dad used to say, when he got older, ‘what a complicated life you lead’ if I had done more than one thing in a week!

Haha, shocker, I know!
We have a holiday ban between November and March as it's our busy time of year at work (apart from Christmas / New Year) and foolishly I saved a few days in case I got to go camping again.... so I'm now furiously trying to use it up in the next two weeks, and failing miserably as I've got too much to do before 'winter'. Looks like I'll be cashing in 2 or 3 days, which always makes me feel slightly 'cheated'! Today was good though, even if I was just pottering around tidying up the veg patch

 

Well, Genesis can be a bit slow so I find it helps….

 

I've been putting together some songs from Liverpool for the Hometown feature of my show on the 4th November

Got stuck on Cream Anthems 1995 for a bit and then found some musical gems. It was hard to pick just one Bealtes song, but I got there.
