Whilst stripping out the horrible yellowing vinyl a previous owner had covered the floor in I was very excited to discover the original funky moonraker flooring intact underneath. I was originally planning on putting it back down inside, but am thinking instead I will go for a more neutral floor. If I don't use the original floor back in Dougal, I'd ideally be looking to sell it. What kind of price, if any, would I be looking at asking for it, as I've absolutely no clue? You don't see many people selling floors! Is that because no one wants a floor, or because few are still in decent nick to sell? Will post a photo up in a second. Is in pretty decent condition, haven't given it a scrub yet but reckon it'll clean up well.
Sorry the image quality is pants. Also wasn't keen to move the bike and wheelbarrow as I'm sure there's spiders hiding under them!
Sell it. There are deranged lunatics out there who will buy it. These are usually people who did plenty of acid in their youth. Ditto Devon curtains.
It seems you can sell any old shoite these days. Stick it on ebay, you might get some fool interested!
Devon flooring should be in the museum of design. Anybody who doesn't appreciate its aesthetic quality is a dullard and a philistine. It will add thousands to the value of your bus (one day, maybe). I'm keeping mine but it is protected by a dark brown carpet which attracts pine needles with a vengeance.
