Smeg is an unfortunate name for a refrigerator isn’t it?

 

It certainly is

 

I wrote "head" on the refrigerator we used to have.
Ms.T made me clean it off and told to stop being childish.
Then I wrote"ma" after the brand name.
That earned me a clip on the ear and a lecture about acting my age.
No sense of humour some people.

How about inappropriate use of capitalisation?

 

For a very long time smeg.co.uk was owned by a red dwarf fan, much to the annoyance of the smeg corporation.

Looks like they finally managed to get hold of it - I wonder what they paid in the end?

The name fridge was actually derived/shortened from the early American Frigidaire models.

 

My hoover is a Henry apart from when we just need a flick round and then my hoover is a dyson v6.

 

i also have a maroon hoover but that never gets used.

 

Frigidaire and Ginger Rodgers. They were great weren’t they.

 

It must be like living with a big, overgrown toddler ...
