I have had one tell me his garage burnt down! You don't get to leave any feedback if you have had your money refunded, so there really is nothing you can do through eBay! I have had another seller, someone with Westfalia as part of their eBay username, refuse to let me collect or send a courier, or use Royal Mail. The item was a complete sliding door mechanism won for 99p, the guy then wanted £12 to post which was double what it would cost me to send a courier. He insisted that his company does all there own deliveries to guarantee to safety of the parts. Ok I though, it's a ripoff but still a very cheap lock. Needless to say the lock never came and when I enquired about it I got some bu11sh1t storey about the load shifting, van stopping, load being emptied on the pavement, reloaded and just my part being left at the side of the road! If your on this forum you are a grade 1 d1ckhead The lock I did get in the end cost me £75
I won a grommet on eBay the other day and that hasn't arrived yet. If it doesn't get here soon I'm going to name and shame!
He still hasn't refunded my whole 99p!! So I suppose I could leave negative feedback before he does? Item number is 300959362998 Have a look if you can.
I had something similar, the guy emailed me via eBay and said he wanted more money for said item. I called eBay and they basically said tough but we'll give you a £15 voucher. I didn't pay for the item and was able to leave negative feedback. eBay put a block on his account to stop them giving me bad feed back. Send me the link Lardy, I'm around the corner from the seller, I'll contact them about the other door they have for sale and see if they have a pair of doors.
put his name on here....next time the door (or any other type 2 bits) come up for sale we can all bid on them then not pay...simple
He only had one door for sale, I did ask him about the possibility of another door but he replied, yeah will cost £500.99 I laughed, as he was obviously not impressed at it going for 99p! His username is dubnboard, item number 300959362998
I had the same with a bay trailer. I was watching and outbid at the last minute. A bit annoyed but hey ho! Then a week later the same bay trailer appears again. Cool, so I use a sniper program this time and win it for £50 less the the first auction sold for. Nice I think! I contact the guy to say I need to pick it up at the weekend as I need to arrange transport with a towing hitch. He's cool with that. Then on the morning of me going to pick it up he mails me to say his wife doesn't want to sell it so the deals off. EBay didn't give a sh*t, I left him negative feedback, as did the previous buyer. Oh well the blokes a tw*t and what comes around goes around.
I like the idea of bombarding him with loads of questions from lots of peeps asking stupid questions about his items & filling his in box, this will do his boat in
