Inlet sorted, I have used an enclosed cone filter so hopefully I won't get loads of induction roar. Drilled a couple of holes in the metal pipe and used rubber grommets to mount the inlet air temp sensor and the oil breathers. Pretty please with it tbh. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
Awesome I just stumbled across this thread and read every post. Keep up the good work your doing an amazing job
Chopped up some T25 cooling pipes and melted the ends to put a flange on it so the pipes don't pop off. Think it looks ok. Oh and I trimmed and painted the belt protector Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
No bending just chopped them in the right places and used the bends as they came Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
Back on all fours, rear suspension needs to settle a little but there's loads of room. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
Mine actually sits higher at the back than it used to, no doubt a result of the Subaru engine being lighter (I think).
Great work Matt , love the attention to detail such as the enclosed filter to cut down the inlet roar ... Looking forwards to seeing the build - Techenders perhaps ??
Mounted the reservoir for the clutch As I have so much room and very little spare cash left, I have decided to fashion an exhaust so I don't have to pay out £600 straight away for custom one. Using Standard manifolds and first cat so I can use the O2 sensor hole. Welded up the output as it was pointing the wrong way. Then I drilled a new hole, and welded on a stub of pipe, just need to get a 90 degree pipe and a back box and I will be sorted I reckon. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
