She's fighting a bit, stalled now waiting till Monday when some parts we didn't even know we didn't have arrive, I am getting the blame for throwing the front hub spacers out with the bath water, well I say bath water more bowl of red diesel!!
Not so much in the weeds as in the clouds, the wheels make me laugh, not cos of the hight but the skinny width!!
Well me speedo needle has arrived from LA as the original was the the same consistency as a mummies wrappings and the end snapped off, as it is not much bigger than a match stick I was surprised it came rattling around in a box that the speedo could fit in ........twice!!
Looks absolutely fantastic man. A great job that you’re doing there. I wish that I had 10% of your skills! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Back at home interior starts tomorrow, I have the cab panels, OG type, have a seat cover on order in OG blacl pebble from the US with the white stitching, have a Rusty Lee full width R+R so its trailer on to get some ply and crack on.
Starting the interior, making an overhead Im going to clad in oak ply, , Rear facing twin to match the rusty lea R&R Door cards fitted
Everything up front Im going for the OG Kombi look, original seat material from the US covers fitted, meanwhile in the rear overhead clad in Oak, due to the rubbish quality of the cabinet latches available had to make one from a quality bog latch.
