WANTED 1600 Engine Bar mounting brackets

Hi,

looking for the brackets to mount engine bar to chassis.

Somehow my 1600 engine bar came with type 4 brackets which are too narrow.

whats the problem with the brackets, it the bar that's different not the brackets, they don go in the same position on the bar

davidoft .. This is what I have.. bar wont fit inside mounts, let alone once the rubber mount is on.

There looks to be a much bigger "hole" in the mount to accomodate bar & rubber

Yep, it seems so.. Hopefully someone has some type 1 ones.. I *think* this is the last thing I need to track down.. but it's a little hard to know exactly what's missing when you've never had a complete bus!

I'm bringing a 1600 bus back from Italy in 10 days time. I'm (Actually Paul Weeding is) going to fit a type 4 2 litre motor to it, so depending on your hurry there's a swap available?

 

Swap sounds fantastic.. Hoping to be up and running at end of month so timing sounds ok. Thanks!!
