Not me. I give enough to a chosen charity already.

a month isnt really a challenge i'm 22 days in so far (with a lot of crap going on) and it's easy, i'll take your wager if you do a month (31 days) starting Dec 1st....... that would be a challenge.

6-7 weeks for me completely sober + I doubt I'm far into double figures for units alcohol since April.
If you want a month sober, stop drinking and give the savings to charity?

Unlike "breakfastests" instead of breakfasts. A woman at work said that and I actually cringed.

I haven't drunk a thing for maybe 15 years, last time properly *******ed was New Years Eve 1995.

Doctors rate me speedy recovery (supposed to be in hospital for a week,at home after 3 days, back to work after 2 weeks, 3 weeks ago today I had the surgery) as being largely down to not drinking.

I have no health issues (other than rare form of cancer) and don't take tablets for blood pressure etc and have suffered no mental health issues despite divorce, job stress and cancer in the last year.

I am not superman by any means, nothing special at all.

However, I put all the above positives down to not smoking, not taking any form of drugs and not drinking.

Each to their own and all that, I'm not lecturing or judging, but this is my truth, now tell me yours.
