Hiya guys. As the engines out and I have the air box to had I thought I'd give at a bit of a clean. After looking at it I have come to the conclusion that I might not have the pipes in the right place. The biggest one to the bottom of the box is quite straight forward as it goes to the oil filler. Put I'm trying to work out where the two thin pipes on top of the unit go. Any help would be great. Cheers in advance
One to inlet manifold or port on single carb that faces you, other to the vac flap on the intake nozzle.
I don't think so unless I always get lucky! I fit them in a natural chain rather than crossing over if you see what I mean. Check the flap moves when the engine is cold started. check it goes to it's rest position when it warms up.
