I find people very rude and unfiltered these days. Intellect comes into play, so as soon as someone remarks on my weight, hair loss, grey hairs etc I just mark them down as inferior intellectually and call them tw@s! Only in my mind though! Also I flatly deny suffering from any of the above ailments!
Yes a local expression ! I love regional dialect and expressions . For example a Woodlouse is known locally as a cheeselog .
