To me, the tell tale sign of a good beetle body is if you can see the complete fold line in the gutter and front of the A pillar. The rest is repairable. In 102 pics I couldn’t get a good view of this on my phone. $20k Aus is a reasonable price for a good beetle though. I would prefer a pre 67 or a 75 1303 though
