Been on the Dyno Today

  1. 101.9 BHP @ 5060 rpm. The engine's only got 400 miles on it now, so he didn't go full revs, but it badly needed setting up on the idle circuit and a bit of re-jetting on main. Looks like it's losing out a bit at the top end, probably the standard exhaust setup starting to restrict things. I had hoped for around 100 BHP, and it looks like once it loosens up a bit, we should see over 105 at 5400 rpm. Well done on the build Paul.

  4. Nice. What's the torque like? And what engine is it?

  6. 112 lbsft @ 4320 rpm. You can see it's quite a steep torque curve and it feels like it as well with not a lot happening at low revs.
